TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum numbers apply on all tours.

Prices: All prices quoted are for twin share, unless indicated otherwise. Single Supplement prices available on request.

Bookings: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is to be paid 21 days prior to departure.

Cancellations:
More than 14 days – loss of 20% of fare
4-13 days – loss of 30% of fare
0 – 3 days – loss of full fare.

Insurance: We recommend you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, delay, loss, damage, injury due an unforseen circumstance, unexpected expenses and loss of income.

Tours DO include: Meals as indicated on itinerary; twin share accommodation. Additional information will be sent to clients after booking on extended tours, and this includes a ‘What to pack’ list and destination information and facilities.

Tours DO NOT include: Travel prior to and on completion of tour; alcoholic drinks.

Luggage: For passengers, luggage is restricted to a soft travel bag plus one piece of hand luggage.

Meals: Home-made meals are a highlight of most tours. You will need to discuss any special dietary needs with us well in advance of the tour date.

Accommodation.: We choose accommodation that best reflects the type of tour that you are on. In some areas, accommodation is limited, and may vary from transportable type cabins, pub rooms, shearers quarters or motel rooms. If camping, we supply tents or swags when needed. Some accommodation may have ensuites, other may be shared facilities.

Health: You should ensure you are in good health as we are often in isolated and remote areas. If you are unsure, check with your doctor. Please notify us of any medical condition of which we should be aware. If you are taking medication, ensure you carry sufficient supplies for the duration of the tour.

Company Risk Policy: Your guide will make every effort to keep to the timetable and the itinerary. We reserve the right to make any changes necessary due to road or weather conditions, or any issue considered by us to be in the best interests of our passengers. Any expenses incurred because of delay beyond our control shall not be our responsibility. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of or to any property, or repairs or recovery costs to participants vehicles. We retain the right to remove any person from the tour where the safety or comfort of other passengers is at risk.
